Can't upload pictures again!

I can't upload pictures to the JIRA issue AGAIN!

Last year I got the same stupid issue.

How do I suppose to work with this crap?

All I get is a toaster that says I need to refresh the page and try again.

I tried on the latest Firefox and Chromium to no avail.

Hello Marek,

Thank you for your reaching out to Atlassian Community and also thank you for sharing the video.

Testing on my local site and also searching for similar issues, this error is related to the attachment size limit.

There is a bug related to this message:

First, please, ask your site administrator to check if the site storage didn’t exceed the limit. Since it’s a free site the limit for each product is 2GB. 

The site administrator can see this information on Cog icon > User management > Storage.

If that’s not the case, please, ask a Jira administrator to check the attachment size per issue. This setting can be found on Cog icon > System > Attachments.

You are wrong, it is not site storage depleted nor the attachment size.

Are you the only user facing this issue?

Is it happening only when adding four attachments or it happens when you try to add only one?

Have you tested using another browser? 

While adding the attachments, please, open the developer tools on your browser and check the console tab if it shows any other error that can help us identify what is causing this.
