Can not see data relating to Structure-plugin after a backup restore to new server.

Due to a server crash, we have had to install a new Jira server and restore users and data from old to new server.
This seems to have been successfull in most cases BUT we can not see data for "Structure-plugin". We have just noticed that the old server was running a evaluation license for structure-plugin. This evaluation version had expired when the old server crashed.
We have tried to enable the "structure-plugin" with an evaluation license (until we can order a full license) for the new server, but are still not able to see data related to "Structure-plugin."

Can you please advice us what we should do?

Do you have the backup of the old JIRA's home directory? Structure data is kept separately, and the usual JIRA export does not include Structure data.

If you have access to the old JIRA's home directory, you can copy "structure" sub-directory from there to the new JIRA and structure data will be there. Make sure you disable/uninstall Structure while making the transfer.
