Can i work with devops triggers using the Automation for Jira - Server Lite plugin?

i want to know the devops triggers  using automation for Jira - server lite i want to know if these features are restricted for this plugin or not ?

Based upon this comparison post, I expect that the answer to your question is "no", as the webhook features are not supported in the free Lite version:

As the product evolves over time, and the documentation needs to catch up, perhaps consider installing the free version to see what is available.
