Can automation work with Select list (multiple choise) ?

Hi, newbie is here for help.

I have a problem, when I try to setup an Automation, in if/else block, I choose the field value, field configuration is "Select List (multiple choices)", I want to create subtasks depending on the chosen values.

For now, I can't select any value, but this field have 3 options to choose.

What I want to do for example - User choose 1 out of 3 values, then Automation creates 1 subtask.

User choose 2 out of 3 values, then Automation creates 2 subtasks.

Maybe I can do the same in some other way, with other fields types, or somehow.

It is really weird. Is it possible that you have two different cf with same name?

Can you also double check that you see those three values in issue view?

Nope, its not possible, I have one and only field with this name, and I'm sure that I see those three values, there is 2 screenshots, first one is configuration scheme for this field, and the second one is the field in issue view
