Can a Site Admin access any log files/traces of external API activity, like Issue insertions?

I'm working with a team subscribed to Jira Cloud.  They leverage an API which inserts Tasks from the project plan.  This API has failed with an unknown cause and our troubleshooting involves referencing this sort of log/trace data.  Does something like that exist on the "front end"?  I see that the Audit Log provides nearly all activity but falls short on Issues.

Jira cloud does not have the ability for admins to see the application logs for the application. There is a request for this feature here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-46206

Atlassian support may be able to help, they have the ability to view the technical logs for your jira instance and could help to trace the source of the issue.
