Can I use JQL to search for projects that contain no issues?

Scenario

PM wants to know if there are any projects in JIRA that contain no issues. Am I able to use JQL to search for these projects? Or is it going to be a manual job?

Cheers

Matt

It is possible through SQL if you have access to the database. Would that work for you?
