Can I use JQL to search for projects that contain no issues?

Scenario

PM wants to know if there are any projects in JIRA that contain no issues. Am I able to use JQL to search for these projects? Or is it going to be a manual job?

Thank you for the answer I am speaking to sys admin now to see if he can do this for me

It is possible through SQL if you have access to the database. Would that work for you?
