Can I revert a change to the operation of filtering between JIRA4.4 and JIRA 6.1?

Hi,

We (finally!) upgraded to JIRA 6.1.7 last week from JIRA 4.4.

In JIRA 4.4, when you changed a field that caused an issue (say Issue A) to be included in the results list for a filter, when you hit 'Return to search', the list was updated so that the changed issue (Issue A) was no longer present.

In JIRA 6.1, when you do the same thing, Issue A is still present in the list.

Is there anything in administration which would allow me to change the operation back to that of 4.4 for this case, please?

Many thanks, Lesley

No. That sounds like a problem in your installation, but could you check what happens when you re-run the filter (as opposed to just using "return")?

If we use the 'Refresh' button provided at the bottom of the list view, or re-run the filter it sorts itself out.

Any ideas how this could be a problem of the installation, please?
