Can I rename priority to severity in On-Demand?

I don't think I have access to the translation files in the On-demand version. I either need to relabel Priority to Severity, or change the values. Right now the values don't match the field label.

If you were on the Standalone version you could see the answers given to this question:

But as you said being in the OnDemand version makes impossible to do this.
