Can I have dynamic SLAs?

Good day community,

The idea is that when passing from one state to another, the time that has to be fulfilled until moving to the next one to continue in the flow can be added.

Can you define what you mean with time that has to be fulfilled? Are you saying that after the ticket moves to status x and certain time takes place you can then move?
