Can I create Initiatives in Jira Standard?

My company finally migrated to Jira Cloud, we are on Premium for one week more and then we switch to Standard. I have two questions:

• Can we create a custom parent of Epics called 'Initiative' in Jira Standard?
• What kind of reports do we get with Jira Standard for the custom 'Initiative' type similar to Epics?

Staying on Premium allows you to use Advanced Roadmaps which allows you to extend the standard Jira issue hierarchy (Epic - Story - Subtask) to include Initiatives.  

For Jira Standard, you're going to have to resort to a Marketplace app like Structure for Jira, which allows you to create custom hierarchies.
