Can I change the Date format from MM/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yy?

I'm using the matrix function to create reports but I need to show the Data custom field with the format dd/mm/yy

At this point it is not possible to change the date format in All-In-One JIRA Reports. We will add this feature request to our roadmap.
