In reviewing the usage of Control Charts, it appears you can select when a issue changes status but it is dependent upon the Create date of the item when first created in Jira. Is it possible for the Control Chart to use dates like Start Date or Begin Date instead of the date the issue was logged?
Hi @Martha Evert,
Try also our Great Gadgets app. One of the many gadgets that it offers is the Control Chart gadget. It is highly configurable, which means that you can select the start/finish based on the moment when the issue reached a certain workflow status, which might coincide with your Start / Begin Date (the moment when the issue was actually moved to In progress).

Danut.
The Atlassian interpretation of a "control chart" is based on Jira board columns, and so the chart's selected time range is based on the issue history for the status values mapped to the columns.
This means the report could be based on create date (when the first possible status is in a column), or another point in the issue history. You select what range you want to see.
Kind regards,
Bill
