I am trying to assign four individuals to a file and each time I do so I am met with an error message that reads cannot create user. User has an invalid email address. But this is not the case because the four email address are valid and active in Jira. How can I solve this issue?
Can you provide a sample of your file showing the field to which the users are being assigned? What value are you using to try to assign the user to those fields?
