Cómo migrar sitio existente en otra cuenta

Hola, hemos adquirido la licencia en una nueva cuenta de jira software cloud, queremos obtener el tablero que está que está en otra cuenta para poder continuar con el proyecto, cómo podríamos realizarlo?

When it comes to migrating Projects between Jira Cloud sites, currently, the only option is to migrate the entire site to a new one. It’s not possible to migrate a single project. 

The option will actually be implemented in the future and there is an early access program that you can participate in:

In case you don’t want to way for the feature, you will need to create a backup from the existing site and import it to the new one. Note that, your new site will be wiped once you start the import, so in case you already have important data on your new site, it would be better to just import the tickets using CSV.

If you want to merge both sites, follow the steps below:

Now, in case you just need the tickets from the board, you can export the tickets and import them to a new project on your new site:

• Import data from a CSV file
