Hello ! I am a newbie here, would somebody please help me?
I am using story point estimate for the active sprint (1,2,3,5,8,13,21 story points) and based on rough calculation the total of this sprint should be at around 200SP.
Today is day 5 out of 10 working days.
I am checking my burndown chart, but why does it show flat like this?
however, the issues counted graph is shown but without guideline:
This is the detail of the ticketing:
Appreciate for your help! Thank you.
Cheers,
Krisna
In the burndown chart you have selected the "Story Point" selection, but on the issue you've populated the field "Story Point Estimate", which is a different. Field. Try to populate the "Story Point" field and run the report again. That ought to do the trick.
Regards,
Alex
Hi Alex,
It's krisna again here :) I did it, yay, thank you to airbus & you for the help!
Somehow the guideline doesn't show... but it's fine, I need the story points line more.
Cheers,
Krisna

Are you using a team-managed project or a company-managed project? You'll find this on the lower left hand side of your Jira page.
If you're using a company-managed project, the correct field should be Story Points
If you're using a team-managed project, the correct field should be Story Point Estimate
I have a feeling you might using the wrong field.

Do you know how to change story points estimate ----> story points?
In the ticket box it has only 3 options :
- story points estimate
- original estimate
- time tracking
no story points :(
I just googled on another post let me try this now:
i'll get back here soon if this works.
