Bulk Disable Users

With the changes to the Cloud Pricing I imagine we have a few others asking this quesiton.  Rather than manually disable 100's of users is there a way to bulk disable them?

Thanks

Robert

Hi Robert,

Currently there is no option to bulk disable/delete users.  If you have an external user directory you can remove that directory which will effectively remove the users from your instance.

You can also take a look at the Communities post Solved: How do you bulk delete or deactivate users? One recommendation is an addon called User Deactivator for JIRA

One of our Partner Champions Bob Swift also stated the CLI add-on can perform bulk operations of this sort.

Cheers,

Branden
