Board not loading

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
My team cannot access the board in our Jira project on the website. In chrome, as well as in incognito mode.
As you can see, we get an error pop up, ERROR: 12T97FV. When we run it through search engines we can't find anything about the error.
Strangely enough, it loads on the mobile app.
Anyone know what's wrong? We cleared out the board to no avail.
Additionally, I couldn't find a way to ACTUALLY contact Jira support, so any info on that would be nice, too.
