Blank screen when trying to add an issue from within a MS Teams chat

When trying to create a issue from within Teams I am presented with a blank screen and no ability to move forward from that screen other than to close it. When I first click on the Jira Cloud plugin I am presented with a list of issues from my project but if I click the ellipsis intending to create an issue a screen opens but is blank. Any help in resolving this would be great, thanks in advance. I have tried the following with no luck.

1. Logged out of Teams and restarted my computer. Then logged back into both

2. Uninstalled the Jira Cloud plugin. Repeated steps above and then reinstalled the plugin once back into Teams.

Hi @Jeff 

Not sure if this helps but try logging into Office365 on the web and configuring the plugin there. The try again in your Microsoft Teams client.

The other day I had the problem of not being able to configure the Jira instance in Teams. The above helped me.

Thanks for your response. There is definitely something fishy going on here. When I try to do as you have suggested I get the following blank screen when the Atlassian page opens in a new tab. Blank screen again and nothing loads. Is there a way to completely remove the app. I tried uninstalling via Teams and when I added it back it skipped all the initial setup screens as it must have held onto the connection somehow.

@Jeff  Yeah I had a hard time removing/re-installing it as well. I think I ended up removing it from the Teams client. Then remove it from Office365 portal (on the web). Close Teams client completely. Then install again in Teams client and configure on the Office365 portal (if I remember correctly).

@Kristján Geir Mathiesen I have removed Jira Cloud from Teams but it still shows up in Office 365 (on the web) and can't for the life of me figure out how to uninstall it using the web interface.

@Kristján Geir Mathiesen  I will for sure if I can figure this out. There doesn't seem to be a lot out there on the subject. I will keep digging though and if I find an answer I will post it here for sure.

I have a ticket in with our client support team to have Kira Cloud completely removed from my list of apps. Then hopefully I can start from scratch. @jmoraal I will let you know if that solves this problem once I am able to test it.

@Jeff  for you information -> the app seems to have some erratic behaviour. What I initially suggested to you worked for Josh. Hope you find a remedy.
