Hi,

I'm new to JIRA and have just set up a free trail with Service Desk Cloud.

I will have several clients that I want to be able to email me with any issues.  I want to keep it public so new clients can email my support email without having to have an account.

So my question is would you use a project for each client or would you have a single project like email support where all clients become customers of?

Thanks

You'll want a single project - if you wanted many projects, you'd need a different email address for each one.  Possible, but not optimal if you have lots of clients.

Thanks Nic, was thinking that might be the case.  Ideally I want to limit agents to certain clients, would that be possible if they are all under a single group.
