Hello,
I need to back up a single project from JIRA and provide it as an export to a client.
I can only find a way to export the entire instance - which I don't want to do.
Even if I did this, the resultant zip file goes to "WebDAV" and I need to authenticate to grab the file. I have no credentials for WebDAV.
Thanks in advance for your assistance!
Best,
Matthew
you need to use an account that has jira-admin and log in with that. Then you can download the .zip
I am afraid you need to export everything from your instance using the backup manager. Then import it in a test instance locally, and delete all unwanted projects, and keep the ones you need only, and then make another export, which will contain only the wanted project.
