Hey, So basically I am trying to automate process for our tickets.
For example Person A does only Provisioning tickets - and I would like to create a rule where only that person gets - all the tickets which are provisioning softwares -
Person B C D work on Support Tickets and i would want them to get assigned Round Robin Support Tickets
Person E works on only purchase tickets - I would like this but not necessarily need to have it.
So far i have created a simple Round robin support tickets for Person A B C D, however, i want person A to have only those tickets that are provisioning of certain softwares,

Do have a look at this support article, describing several options (amongst which round robin is one) to assign tickets in a balanced fashion through automation.
If you have a way to conditionally retrieve the provisioning and other tickets, I guess you should be able to fix your use case.
