Hi ,
How I can combine all conditions I've created in this rule?
Expected outcome: trigger on any of the listed conditions will assign a case to the mentioned person.
Hello @Igal Altshuler
If you want to combine your conditions in one line, you can use JQL condition.
Description ~ "Synthetic" OR Label ~"Synthetic" OR Summary ~"Synthetic" OR requesttype = "Synthetic Engine Issue"
(Maybe you should check the spelling^^)
Let me know if I answered to your question
Regards,
JM

Yes, you can check the validation of the query in the advanced search (and with autocomplete to check if your fields are spelled correctly).

For example, I misspelled requesttype, the correct spelling is "Request type" with double quotes.
