Automation: How to email only the newest entry in a multi-user picker field?

I have the same question found here, but as a Data Center user, we don't have the ability to use Advanced Branching so this solution doesn't quite get us there.

Goal: Automatically email only the new user that is added to a multi-user picker field.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You can use the smart values fieldChange in the automation rule.
