I have some automation set up to create a clone of new tickets submitted through our service desk. We used the cloned copy of the ticket to build off of(create subtasks) and the original ticket is "client facing".
We rule set up so when the cloned tickets status is updated to a new workflow status it also changes the original ticket to the same status. The assignee of the original ticket used to also update when the cloned ticket assignee was changed, but now is seems to no longer be working. Anyone have any feedback? I have tried setting up these rules but neither seem to work:
