Automated ticket /issue creation via emails to specific projects

Hi, very new to Jira so we were able to set up that emails to jira@griffithit.atlassian.net land on the backlog of a specific project. 

I currently have 5 different projects and I'd like to use this feature in all the 5 projects. 

How can I do that? And can I choose the email address?  

E.g. content-jira@griffithit.atlassian.net landing in my Content Project; sm-jira@griffithit.atlassian.net in my Social Media project, etc.

Thank you for your answer! I'm afraid that has helped me only partially, as the emails are bouncing, Is there any other article I could refer to?
