Auto trigger emails on creating JIRA in a project

Hi Team,
I have a JIRA project created. On creating issues in that project, I want JIRA to auto trigger an email to my entire team along with the JIRA link. Currently I am able to auto add watchers and trigger emails, but the in the email I am not getting the JIRA link. Can someone please help me with it?
Please note that I have the admin access for this project but the edit notification under Notifications from the side bar is not enabled by the company.

Are you just using the standard Notification scheme emails for when a new issue is created? Or have you created an Automation Rule to send the email?
