My team, marketing, is one of the many using Jira to track tickets. Whenever someone creates a ticket for the marketing project I would like it that that ticket is automatically assigned to an assignee "Marketing Unassigned". That user has my team's marketing@ email assigned to it so that distribution list receives an alert that a new ticket was created on our board. How do I do this?
