Auomatically Change Workflow..

Hi,

i have a custom date cell that shows when a customer is in support until.

i would like to change my workflow when the date is passed.

is this possible, if so how ?

Hello,

"Change my workflow", you mean fire the transition in the workflow ?

If so i think is possible with some code using plugin like scriptrunner or else.
