Hi, in our Unassigned issues queue, is there a way to just add an "assign to" type dropdown column to quickly assign tickets?
Opening the ticket and assigning time could be cut in less than half if we didnt have to open it.

You can use Kanban board where you can add assignee from quick view of the issue when you click on a perticular issue. I think this would be easiest way to do that without any custom configurations.
