Assignee to test manager if component is specific using transition

Hey Guys, 

Let me share with you the issue that actually can not be resolved by me 

I have a task to configure the jira permissions especially the rule for users who want to move an issue from "reviewed" to "resolved" with specific jira component and make a test manager person as default assignee.

I have not got an option to differentiate and make trigger for component + specific user in time of many components and apps into one project

Could you please help me to resolve this

You'll need to find or write some code for this: you need a condition to control when someone can start the transition based on the component, and then a post-function to pick up the test manager and put them in as the assignee.

Is that a way to post something related with custom code using standard admin permissions ?
