Assign a user to issue automatically based on the value of other field

Hi,

Anyone happens to know a plugin that let you to assign a user to an issue based on the value of specified field?

For example, when you set value of field "A" is "1" in an issue, then user "bob" is automatically assigned to that issue.

Please let me know if you have an idea.
