we have several jira service desk projects, each serving a specific customer, and we need to have a jira gadget showing us the SLA meet cross-project/customer.
Generally speaking we need what we can find in jira service desk reports, but at a cross-project level

You can report on SLAs using JQL, across projects and add rhe filter results to dashboard using various gadgets.
