Are there Integrations that cannot be created using the APIs offered by the JIRA SD SAAS solution

Yes - if the integration requires changes that override, replace or add to JIRA core code, then you can't install them on Cloud.  If you can do the integration over REST, you're fine.

I don't think there is - the potential lists of integrations are so large as to be unusable.

It would be better if you focussed on the ones you're interested in.
