Only Atlassian can help you out in this case.
Raise a support issue via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ , but only an admin can do this.
@John Funk or @Hans Polder _Devoteam_ can you raise this at Atlassian, or make them aware and have support contact @Ion Butuc
I am the new admin and i can log in to the old admin account.
Initially i made myself admin then removed his access and some boards view got broken how to fix it.
Is someone i can call to help or do a teams call?

Simple solution is to re-enable the old admins account.
Check all the boards and set yourself there as well, then disable the old admins account again.
