Dear Members

I want to create an aging chart in JIRA to calculate the statistics on how many incidents passed the age of 7 days, 30 day, 60 days etc. since the logging or created date.

Average Aging Chart Gadget is not the one I need.

Thanks to all.

Hi @Mehboob Rehman

Welcome to community!

Are you using Jira Service Management or Jira Software?

If using Jira service management you maybe able to accomplish this with built in functionality like documented here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/discover-new-trends-with-service-project-reports/

If not however you would need a third party tool like rich filters for jira or eazybi

Best,

Clark
