I am trying to build out a support form, and I want to have a field that is essentially "Other people we should add to this ticket"
If the customer enters 3 or so emails into that field, is it possible for the Agent working the request to add them to the "request participants" field? So far its not allowing me to have them create a new customer based on that
There is a native functionality for adding users to a ticket via Portal. Once request participants are added to the ticket by the requestor, your agent should be able to view/manage them at their end.
