Advice on setting up Jira

We need to a JIRA Software for 30 users with two plugins: ServiceDesk & RefinedTheme.

Please tell me about two solutions:

How much does it cost in cloud mode for it?

What resources (CPU, RAM, Disk) will be required for the data center version with a MY-SQL database on the same OS?

Datacenter jira software: minimum 500 users => cost: 42000$ a year

Cloud jira software: cost: between 3500$ and 7000$ a year depending on the plan for 50 users

Servicedesk is not a plugin but like jira software it builds on Jira Core and is named Jira service manegment

Datacenter jira service management: minimum 50 agents => cost: 17200$ a year

Cloud jira service management: cost: between 8250$ and 16500$ a year depending on the plan for 50 users

As added bonus you will have Automation for Jira free in Cloud. Jira service management also includes opsgenie in cloud.

Refined will cost you 5200$ a year for datacenter and 1200$ in cloud

Note that the "service management" is not generally intended to have every user as an agent. It is very likely that your usage would be more like
