Hey everyone!
I tried to read everything there is about adding a screen to a transition but I still can't make it work.
We have a "On Hold" status in our workflow and I have created a screen with "On Hold reason" for people to choose when transitioning the task from doing ----> on hold.
I have added the screen on the workflow but nothing happens. I don't understand which step did I miss.
Thank you in advance!
Hello @yuliia.soury
Do you have more than one transition to the On Hold status? Looking at the image you posted in John's response I see that there is an incoming arrow to "ON HOLD" from "UNDER REVIEW" and also from another status hidden behind the "Edit Transition" pop-up. Have you added the screen to both of those transitions? If you have added it to only one of the transitions, when you are testing are you actually executing the transition between "ON HOLD" and the relevant other status?
Are the fields used on the screen associated with the Project / Issue Type?
What do you see when you click the On Hold transition currently?
