Adding a a defect to an active sprint change the scope? How to avoid changing the scope

You don't.  If you are adding things to a sprint, you're changing the scope.  JIRA Software recognises and reports on that.

It means you are not supposed to add a defect to a current sprint which is active???

Correct.  The very definition of "scope change" is "you add things you did not originally plan for into the sprint".

You either accept that you are changing the sprint or leave it for the next sprint!
