My site was created and hosted with namecheap. then I got a new host with Atlassian. However to my surprise, there is no live support and I'm no technical expert on this issue.
I made a backup of my files and uploaded them to the new Cpanel then unzipped but the site was showing 303 error.
I have loaded the wp-legacy for now but not able to know how to add my wordpress from the cpanel.
anybody willing to assist me using skype please.
We aren't a hosting company, but a software provider. If you can let me know the address where you uploaded your legacy Wordpress files then I will be able to help you figure out which company you need to contact for assistance.
Thanks for taking the time to drop a reply.
I had my site hosted at namecheap.com then i got a life hosting from a third party with cpanel showing at the documentation tab on the bottom of the page leading to ATLASSIAN.
This is where i log into my account from http://renewablesnaps.com/cpanel
i get to:
clicking on Documentation takes me to
which redirects to:
at the bottom of the page it has ATLASSIAN.
That's why I raised the question trying to find out who is running this Cpanel and how to get further help.
The link to Atlassian is there because Cpanel is using Atlassian products to serve their documentation.
Cpanel probably don't know who your host is either - it is someone using their software, the same way they are simply using Atlassian software.

You can contact them from that page and they'll be able to help you with WordPress and CPanel. :)
