Add the optiona to open Issue details in sidebar when in Issues page

Feature suggestion.

My team is open thousands of browsert tabas because they cannot see the issue descripion from the Issues pages. In the other hands, the boards is dificult to use because it don't have more specific filters.

So, please, add more filters to Boards or add an "issue detail sidebar" in issues page.
