Add rule when users moved ticket into blocked

Hi,

I'm in a team-managed project, and would like to set up the rule:

1. When user moves a ticket into 'Blocked' column

2. User must add a comment

Can this be done?

Hello @Marcus Tezcan 

Team Managed projects do not support that level of sophistication for workflow transition rules.

That type of use case can be satisfied only with a Company Managed project at this time.
