Add a condition or validator to require a field for an operation of an issue.

Want to require the field created "requirement" to be filled out in order to move from a bug to a Test Observation. I don' think this is possible, but if so, please let me know how/

I haven't tested it out, but maybe you could create a separate Field Configuration for the Test Observation issue type and make the field required on that Field Configuration? Then when doing the Move, it will show up on the list of fields that need a value.

I'll give it a shot to see if that gets you what you're looking for.

Yeah, that seems to work. I don't know if the Bug and Test Observation issue types use the exact same workflow (in my test, they didn't), so I switched issue types by selecting 'Move' from the 'More' drop-down.
