Add Time Tracking in task creation screen to all projets and future projets

Hi,

Is there a way to add time tracking (original estimate, remaining) to the "Create" screen for all existing projects and future ones without having to do manually ?

I'm having this issue where updating the "timetracking" field through the API isn't working because it isn't visible on the "Create" screen. I want to be able to update any issue's timetracking, regardless of the projet and also for future projets, without have to do anything manually.
