Add Status Field to Structure

Hi, i'm trying to find a way (if possible) to add the status drop-down to a structure which i have created.
I can obviously add a status column but i would like an editable column in order to change the status of an issue while directly on the structure display. I hope this makes sense.

@Michael Da Costa  You cant directly change status on structure and it will reflect on workflow/issue  unfortunately

Hi Michael!

I just came across your question and I thought I'd make a suggestion.  I use Data-Center, but this works in Cloud as well...  It sounds like you are referring to the Jira plug-in "Structure" by ALM, is that correct?  If so, you can change the status of an issue from within a structure.  You would add the Status field as a column, and then you can double-click an issue's status.  It will become a drop-down menu, which you can then make a new selection and click "Done".  It will update the issue's status from within the structure:

To incorporate the status, navigate to the project settings, select workflows, and modify the relevant workflow. Then, append a status by clicking "Add status" and entering the name of the status you want. Next, include the appropriate transitions and specify the category as "Done".

Thanks @Jerryton Surya i have the workflows setup as required and can move issues through the workflow. What i was hoping to do was move issues through the workflow from a column on the structure view. 
This however does not seem possible.

I have one project in which I can modify the status in structure and another project in which I cannot.  thinking it must be some issue with project settings or workflow definition. Frustrating.
