Add/Remove custom fields when moving tickets to another issue type Edited

When we are moving a ticket from one issue type to another issue type, we would like to remove some custom fields, the custom fields are not mandatory in the targeting issue type also its not mandatory in source issue type.

How to remove the fields from the screen, please find the screenshot.

You need to have separate screens set up for each issue type.  Try looking at the "issue type screen scheme" in your settings.  You will want to set a separate screen scheme (and screen(s) for each issue.  The values may still be copied between issues depending on the field config... but you won't see them on screen.

Hope that makes sense... it is a relatively complex part of the Jira administration.

Hello Aiden,

Thanks for your help.

Finally i found the answer, if the  custom filed is configured globally all issue types or Globally all the project, those fields are appearing moving issue screen.

Remove the Custom field global permission, configure with specific issue type.
