Add Epic Name for story issues mail notification

Hi

One of our developers has ask me if its possible to enrich the information that is being givin in the email notification when an issue is for instance moved, created etc, 

He would like to be able to see the epic name in the email notification he recieves when story issues changes. 

Please see attached

Is it possible to enrich the email notification with more fields such as Epic Name??

unfortunately this is not an option. There has been Suggestions in the past which were closed meanwhile with a status like it won't be done:

However, in the linked suggestions there are mentioned third party apps which you could evaluate and check if they meet your requirements - this is basically synonym to what Alexander mentioned earlier.

I don't know if it is possible to edit the mail templates in cloud

But you can use the addon automation, to send an additional mail during issue creation.
There you can configure mail header and text and mail assignee
