Ability to set a default text in a custom paragraph field with expand macro in it

Hi,

I am trying to set a default pre-filled value for a custom field of paragraph type, by having an expanded menu by default in it.

In the text formatting documentation https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/WikiRendererHelpAction.jspa?section=all I can see how to create a panel, but not how to create an expanded panel. Is there a way to do that please ? 

When we have many paragraph fields, it can be a lonnnnng way to scroll down to the right section. 

(of course we already use tabs to separate information but we wouldn't like to have toooo many of them)
