AP.scrollPosition.getPosition on non general-pages

Hallo, 

Is there a plan to make this https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/atlassian-connect-js/src/55731d0fabbdf89d7ef3ef10b73d5957263d22b0/src/host/modules/scroll-position.js also available for non-general pages (like the project admin pages)?

There is no plan to make this available for non pages however the project admin should be a page type. See the ticket here for this change: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/ACJIRA-1554
