2 dimensional dashboard gadget columns in wrong order

2 dimensional dashboard gadget columns in wrong order

I added the 2 dimensional report gadget to my dashboard and set the filter to be by status on the x axis, the problem is that the order of the columns is Open, Closed, In Progress and appears to be the wrong order and there isn't a way to change it. Shouldn't the order of these columns be Open, In Progress, Closed which would be the more natural order?

Go to Admin > Issues > Statuses and use the arrows to establish the order you want to reorder the 2D columns.

The order is defaulted to the order of creation as shown in the list of status under the admin/issues/statuses.

The ability to order status should be available shortly based upon this JIRA issue.
